Robert Sydney Voiles

Robert Sydney Voiles, age 82, passed away on February 10, 2026. He was born on May 8, 1943, in Moultrie, Georgia, to Robert Sherill Voiles and Marthare Jones Voiles.

Robert Sydney Voiles proudly served his country in the United States Navy and later worked in sales for Wells Fargo for many years. He was known for his love of animals, especially his cats and dogs, and he enjoyed collecting records. He will be remembered for his dedication to his work, his service to his country, and the simple joys that brought him happiness.

Robert Sydney Voiles is survived by his wife, Sharon Voiles; sisters, Becky (Don) Funderburke of Kennesaw, Georgia, and Patty McLeod of Albany, Georgia; brother-in-law, Reggie (Terri) Davis; sisters-in-law, Regina Miller and Rena (Ty) Longo; along with other extended family members and friends.

Robert Sydney Voiles was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sherill Voiles and Marthare Jones Voiles, and his brother, Billy Spivey.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the Keahey Funeral Home Chapel in Andalusia, Alabama, with Bro. John Hunt officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
